Bryan is a public policy analyst and qualified lawyer with over 8  years international multi-sector experience. He has developed a diverse portfolio of work spanning health, security, armed conflict, politics, and ICT. He has worked with The Economist Group, Small Arms Survey, and been engaged on projects with various regional and international organisations, including The World Bank, UNDP, and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).

Dansa is an expert in civil litigation, commercial litigation, tax law and company compliance. She is committed to upholding justice and protecting the rights of clients as she approaches each case with diligence and professionalism to ensure the best possible outcome for those she represent. Outside work, I enjoy yoga and meditation, both of which help me maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Assisted in successful argument of consecutive high-stakes case at the Tax Appeals Tribunal and negotiated favourable settlements  on tax disputes on behalf of Kenbro Industries Ltd following a dissatisfactory decision by  the Commissioner of Domestic Tax.   

• Co-drafted the claim of a top-tier client in the construction sector in a multi-million KES dispute involving the Ministry of Roads and Transport before the Nairobi Center for International Arbitration (NCIA). 

• Acted for a private client in a succession cause where I undertook to transmit over 100 parcels of land and assisted in replacing missing titles. The brief also included two amalgamations of parcels they wished to sell.

With more than 5 years' experience in the legal sector, Nina has developed expertise in company law, civil and criminal litigation. She helps clients solve complex legal challenges. With one goal in mind, her approach to attaining positive results is visible through her keen client engagement. Outside work, Nina enjoys watching investigative documentaries and charity work. She has been involved in several health campaigns in liaison with the Ministry of Health.

• Handled a claim worth KES 21 million in damages for breach of contract
• Assisted in drafting pleadings for a claim involving one of the firms' major commercial clients in a claim for damages worth in excess of KES 10 million

Ken serves as the backstop of managerial  processes at the firm. He oversees financial and human resource administration, and strives to ensure our facilities & equipment are of the highest possible standard. He also coordinates communication among staff and monitors internal policies.
