  • Assisted in successful argument of consecutive high-stakes case at the Tax Appeals Tribunal and negotiated favourable settlements  on tax disputes on behalf of Kenbro Industries Ltd following a dissatisfactory decision by  the Commissioner of Domestic Tax.   


  • Co-drafted the claim of a top-tier client in the construction sector in a multi-million KES dispute involving the Ministry of Roads and Transport before the Nairobi Center for International Arbitration (NCIA). 


  • Acted for a private client in a succession cause where I undertook to transmit over 100 parcels of land and assisted in replacing missing titles. The brief also included two amalgamations of parcels they wished to sell.

Bryan is a qualified lawyer and public policy analyst with 7 years of multi-sector experience in sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and beyond. He has developed a diverse portfolio of work spanning health, security, armed conflict, politics, and ICT. He has worked with The Economist Group, Small Arms Survey, and been engaged on projects with various regional and international organisations, including The World Bank, UNDP, and the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD).

Kenneth Gathigi - Manager

Ken serves as the backstop of managerial  processes at the firm. He oversees financial and human resource administration, and strives to ensure our facilities & equipment are of the highest possible standard. He also coordinates communication among staff and monitors internal policies.
